West Meadows, previously known as West Meadows Estates, is a DR Horton Development that is targeted to build over 300 homes of various sizes and price points. The single-story homes are the Estates models, the two-story homes the Crest models and a somewhat separated development of more two-story models on the East side of the development are the Falls models.
There are a couple more flavors of homes. In the Falls area they are building some single-story homes, which are called Falls ll at West Meadows, and in the Estates area they are building new Estates ll at West Meadows homes. Confusing? Not too bad. The original Estates, Crest and falls models have been sold and as far as I know there are no new construction homes for these models – but, there are some resales now.
